Make sure to read the reviews from people who have had their spas for a couple of years. from the start had trouble with the control pad , the sound system was hit or miss and then just worbled so we stopped using it, head rests just peeled so stopped using them. Now i have a broken control pad , had to have the main pack replace for $500 and it leaks . All under 3 years. Andrew was so unfriendly that I will not allow him to even come to my house again. Its very hard to except that you have wasted that much money but there it is 🙁
This is by far one of the best purchases we have ever made! Life’s Great Spas guided us through each stage of the process from financing to landscaping and how to maintain the spa. Lauren and Andrew are responsive, knowledgeable and kind people. Now that we have been using the swim spa on a regular basis, we can’t imagine ever not having one. The health benefits are too long to list here but in general the exercise it offers has given us more energy without the joint pain. I also love that it gets us outside no matter the weather! This makes exercise fun because you can do something different each day of the week. All in all this is a very practical and beneficial purchase for your overall health and well being.

We purchased a Life’s Great Spa at the hot tub expo in Glens Falls NY. Lauren and her team were great. From meeting him at the expo to contact them via text or phone, they very responsive and do whatever they can to help. We’ve had our hot tub about two months now and I love it. When I have questions about water treatment, Warren’s always had to shoot me an answer. If you ever need a spa I highly recommend them.
We met Andrew and Lauren at a swim spa event at the Harding Mazzotti Arena in late April. They showed us many different models and made recommendations based on our needs. They talked with us for hours helping us decide how to replace a 50-year-old in ground swimming pool with an H2X Hot Tub - Swim Spa combination. Andrew made numerous site visits recommending how to imbed our H2X 21D in the void left from the swimming pool removal. A couple months later the vault was complete and the swim spa was placed. While the purchase itself and support initially was positive we have reached out several times for support in trouble shooting what could be wrong with our hot tub and have had a mix of no responses at all or told we would hear back when an appt became available with no follow up ever occurring. Communication has been via text only when we have gotten a response which can be difficult to convey needs or feel heard.
The buying experience at Life's great was good. Tubs looked nice, Andrew and Lauren were friendly and accommodating. But when it comes to servicing the hottub, we received almost no help. When we had our first leak, I got an email explaining what I should do to fix it. I'm not familiar with plumbing or any workings related to spas. After that didn't work, they finally sent someone out. But since then, we've had multiple issues and getting someone to come out and even look at the spa is impossible. After an initial "we'll reach out to you" email, there silence afterward. Even with follow up emails. I don't know if they are overbooked or don't even have any kind of service dept. Its just frustrating having issues and come up and no one who cares to help.
Our experience with Andrew & Lauren was fantastic. We made an appointment to view the products, having done a little research ahead of time but not having a deep knowledge, they answered all of our questions and answered even some we didn’t know we had! A couple days later we signed a contract (thanks to a great sale) for a H2X Trainer 21 D. Andrew came out the very next day to do a site survey & flagging. They recommended an electrician and a cement guy (who were great!) and exactly a month later, we were swimming! Even after the delivery, we decided to change out the cover and they were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to make us the happy customers we are! Highly recommend Life’s Great Spas!

Excellent Response and Service. I have had my spa for 4 years. I emailed Lauren last night(Sunday) at about 7:30pm to let her know of an issue I was having and I was requesting service. We've had our new spa from Life's Great Spas for a few weeks now and have been very impressed with the quality, ease of use and salt technology. This is a big improvement over our previous spa. The husband and wife team couldn’t have been more accommodating. Took time to answer questions to find the best option for us.The price was competitive and included many extras. Delivery and setup was prompt and easy. Owners came to our house to give us a tutorial on how to run and maintain the spa. Great service! We are very happy with our experience with our spa purchase we were planning on visiting about 5 or 6 dealers they were our 2 nd stop and we were so impressed with Andy that we signed paperwork and gave a deposit that was Saturday the 28th the spa was delivered the following Friday and we were enjoying Saturday morning mice had damaged our old one so it was nice to be back in business less than 2 weeks after we lost the old one this is our 3rd we really love having them and this looks to be our best also Andy came to our house to check that the delivery would go well and came back after it was filled to set the settings and explain the control panel
While the purchasing of that hottub was somewhat seamless, I do have a few concerns.They had promised to come and show how the hottub works, they never did that. They included a Bluetooth speaker with the purchase, that was broken. They promised to replace that and never did.While the hottub works well enough I question what any service would look like and if they would actually do what they say they'd do.

I recently purchased a Clarity 9 Master Spa and the experience has been amazing. The spa heats efficiently, holds temperature well, and the jets provide consistent performance. The layout is comfortable, cover is easy to maneuver, spacious and the controls are easy to use. Setup and routine maintenance have been straightforward.I also want to note how helpful Lauren has been throughout the process. She answered questions clearly, was easy to reach, and made the purchase and setup steps much smoother.

The whole process with Life Great Spa was great! We went to a hot tub expo event and ended up ordering the hot tub of our dreams. We did have to wait several weeks for it but it was 100% worth the wait. We love it. All of the jets can be adjusted in each of the seats, and the lights are so fun. We are a family of 5 and so glad we went with a little bigger one. Also Lauren the owner was patient with me answering all my questions and emails. Highly recommend!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this hot tub! We had to work out a few bumps with the installation (make sure you have a level platform!) but with Andrew and Lauren’s help (and patience) we got it all worked out. My dream has always been to own a swim spa. We saw a master spa swim spa at a show a distance from our home and loved it. I went to all of the local dealers near me and none sold Master spa and I could not bring myself to purchase something that I did not feel was 100% correct for us. I found Lauren and Andrew online and spoke to Lauren about my concerns. She was wonderful and we set up a time and drove the two hours to their showroom with a notebook filled with questions. My experience with Life’s Great Spas has been beyond poor. I reached out to them to help service a Master Spa after Master Spa themselves informed me that Life’s Great Spas would be able to assist. Lauren initially told me they could help. After a few weeks of attempting to communicate with Lauren, I was informed that they are too busy, only service spas that are bought directly from them, and do not have the capacity to assist.Lauren consistently displayed a lack of communication and the business’ organization does not provide the confidence needed to work with someone. They only seem to be concerned with their hot tub sales. If you are looking for transparency and communication in your spa purchase or service, Lauren and Life’s Great Spas is certainly not the place. They advertise being the authorized Master Spas Dealer for most of NY and VT, however, they do not seem interested in providing service for the spas. I recommend looking elsewhere for spa purchases and service.
We love the values of this brand and that it’s made in the USA. The customer service throughout the whole process has been fantastic, including a seamless delivery, the crew even picking up all pieces of packaging so nothing was left behind. They also do a tutorial so you know how to properly use it! Would definitely recommend.
These guys gave us the best customer service. We were looking to use as minimal chemical as possible. They knew just what to do and set us up perfectly. They visited our home once before delivery to help us get prepared and once after to show us how to maintain the tub. Very responsive to messages. Clearly take pride in their business. We met Lauren and Andrew at the Saratoga home show, they were amazing to work with. there was no pressure to buy. Once it was set up they came to the house and gave us a demo for everything we need to know. They made it so simple and easy to understand. We're in it as often as we can. We are loving it. We actually built a gazebo around it with curtains and screens to block the bugs and cold winter winds. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We love our new hot tub!! After shopping around and not finding the right hot tub, the customer service, or even having our concerns or questions answered we almost decided maybe buying a hot tub wasn’t for us but after seeing a Facebook post we decided to take a drive to Life’s Great Spas and we are so glad we did!! From the minute we walked into Lauren and Andrew’s beautiful showroom we knew we were in the right place and told each other we should have went there first and we would have already been enjoying our hot tub!! Their exceptional customer service, their knowledge on all of their spas, and their professionalism was top notch and we knew right then we were buying our hot tub from them. We found the perfect model for us and they took the time to explain the benefits, features, and why the model we were selecting was the perfect model for what we wanted. They even helped with providing the name of the electrician who does a lot (if not most) of their customers electrical work needed and he did a fantastic job. The delivery crew was also amazing. We have a back sunroom/screen porch where we wanted it setup and they got it through the door and over a platform covering the stairs to the basement before going into the area it was going to be setup at with ease even though we were nervous about it going through the door and even over the platform. After delivery, they assured us that any questions we had, any concerns that came up, or anytime we needed to speak with them they always had their phones available. This after-sale commitment just shows how exceptional their customer service really is!! Andrew even came out after the hot tub was hook up, filled, and ready to use and walked us through an amazing demo on how to use all of the features, put in the chemicals for us and showed us how to keep the hot tub chemicals level and what to do when we need to balance the water, talked to us about proper care of the cover, the shell, and products to use to preserve the longevity of our new hot tub. We are over the moon with our new hot tub and all the nerves and uncertainty we had about being first time hot tub owners went away the minute we met Lauren and Andrew. I bought a house and unlucky me it came with a Life's Great hot tub. What a terrible filter design and the lights choose when they want to work. Considering this company is less than 10 years old I shouldn't have a single problem with this product.

My interactions with Andrew was great he delivered what he said he would and in a timely manner. I have never owned a spa before and they have made it very easy to use and enjoy. Our first experience shopping for and purchasing a spa landed us in front of Andrew and Lauren. They were receptive and responsive to our inquiries and guided us to a purchase that made sense for us and satisfied our need. Their delivery team is top notch and Andrew was able to recommend an electrician that was knowledgeable and familiar with the wiring installation. The service didn’t end there though, Andrew came to our house and got us started with a tutorial and a handshake sealed the promise of continued support in the future. We recently purchased a Master Spa Twilight Series 7.2 Spa from Life's Great Spas and couldn't be happier with our purchase. We were taken care of by Lauren & Andrew who were fantastic to deal with & very knowledgeable about their products. We went back & got a Spa Cover Lifter that was easy to install & simple to operate (Kudos to Andrew for his spot on installation tips) We will continue to deal with them directly as opposed to ordering things online due to their grasp of the seemingly lost art of Customer Service!!!! 10 out of 5 recommended!!!!
Excellent experience. Very accommodating to meet with us at a time that worked for us, with very little notice. Super knowledgeable about all of the spas, with great explanations of past models and improvements made on current selection. Very friendly and helpful. We knew pretty much what we were looking for - they gave us multiple options and we had them loaded on the trailer within a half hour or so. Zero pressure at all. Highly recommend dealing with Life's Great Spas in Malta! They even bought us a beer at the brewery next door! :)
We just purchased our spa from Andrew and Lauren and we are absolutely satisfied with the white glove service! We had our spa up and running with ease in less than a week. Delivery was seamless. Lauren personally made sure that we understood everything about our spa, from basic maintenance to operating. 100% would recommend.
