This year we purchased our first hot tub, and could not be happier. We have always wanted to put one in and decided this spring it was time.We attended the hot tub show in Glens Falls and connected with Life’s Great, after talking with them we decided to move forward with the purchase and picked out our new spa.We could not be happier with our choice of both hot tub and company. They allowed us to schedule a fall delivery date as we did not have a pad poured at the time of purchase and helped guide us and answer questions as we got our home ready for our new spa.The delivery went smoothly this month and we were able to schedule a teaching session to learn how to use and care for our new spa. The owners themselves came out to our home, Lauren and Andrew were wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable making sure we had all our questions answered and that everything ran smoothly. Our spa has been up and running for a few weeks and we have been enjoying it immensely. The spa itself is beautiful and the salt system is easy to use and manage. As a first time spa owner I expected it to be more complex than it was, once I got the water balanced from the initial fill, it’s been easy thus far to maintain.I can’t say enough positive about things about this company and our experience. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend them!Happy Spa OwnersErin and Don

If you are looking for a hot tub, look no further! Life’s Great Spas is the place to go! Andrew and Lauren were an amazing team to deal with. Andrew guided us in the right direction for a spa that suited us best. Andrew answered all questions we had and his knowledge abut his products was very informative. Delivery was quick and professional. Lauren was very responsive to questions we had prior to and after delivery. Andrew came out and gave us a rundown on the operation of the spa. He even came out again to help me again figure out (due to user error) a problem I was having . They just don’t sell you a spa and forget you, they follow up on your questions. Service is top tier. Don’t hesitate to purchase from them. We’ve had the spa for a few weeks and absolutely love it!

Make sure to read the reviews from people who have had their spas for a couple of years. from the start had trouble with the control pad , the sound system was hit or miss and then just worbled so we stopped using it, head rests just peeled so stopped using them. Now i have a broken control pad , had to have the main pack replace for $500 and it leaks . All under 3 years. Andrew was so unfriendly that I will not allow him to even come to my house again. Its very hard to except that you have wasted that much money but there it is 🙁

This is by far one of the best purchases we have ever made! Life’s Great Spas guided us through each stage of the process from financing to landscaping and how to maintain the spa. Lauren and Andrew are responsive, knowledgeable and kind people. Now that we have been using the swim spa on a regular basis, we can’t imagine ever not having one. The health benefits are too long to list here but in general the exercise it offers has given us more energy without the joint pain. I also love that it gets us outside no matter the weather! This makes exercise fun because you can do something different each day of the week. All in all this is a very practical and beneficial purchase for your overall health and well being.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish purchasing and installing our Master Spa hot tub. Andrew and his entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. Our delivery was particularly challenging, as the hot tub had to be brought down a very steep hill, but the team handled an incredibly difficult situation with skill, patience, and determination. They took every precaution necessary and never compromised on safety or the care of our property. The installation was equally impressive, and the attention to detail throughout the entire process really stood out. From helping us choose the right hot tub to getting it perfectly installed and ready to enjoy, the level of service was exceptional.Andrew and Lauren even came by to help make sure we had a handle on the initial set up, and basic chemical maintenance. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the hot tub or with the people who made the whole experience possible. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a premium hot tub!

We purchased a Life’s Great Spa at the hot tub expo in Glens Falls NY. Lauren and her team were great. From meeting him at the expo to contact them via text or phone, they very responsive and do whatever they can to help. We’ve had our hot tub about two months now and I love it. When I have questions about water treatment, Warren’s always had to shoot me an answer. If you ever need a spa I highly recommend them.

We met Andrew and Lauren at a swim spa event at the Harding Mazzotti Arena in late April. They showed us many different models and made recommendations based on our needs. They talked with us for hours helping us decide how to replace a 50-year-old in ground swimming pool with an H2X Hot Tub - Swim Spa combination. Andrew made numerous site visits recommending how to imbed our H2X 21D in the void left from the swimming pool removal. A couple months later the vault was complete and the swim spa was placed. Start-up was a breeze. Andrew and Lauren are always available to answer our questions and teach us best practices for spa maintenance. Many thanks to a great team!

Lauren & Andrew were excellent to work with, responsive to our many e-mails and questions, and provided quick delivery and orientation of our new spa. Selection was as good as the bigger stores, and Andrew was super knowledgeable about his line of spas and pools. Value is was exceptional, we figure we saved over $3000 or more on comparable models from other retailers. Highly recommend Life's Great Spas for your next hot tub or exercise pool. Give them a call today.

While the purchase itself and support initially was positive we have reached out several times for support in trouble shooting what could be wrong with our hot tub and have had a mix of no responses at all or told we would hear back when an appt became available with no follow up ever occurring. Communication has been via text only when we have gotten a response which can be difficult to convey needs or feel heard.

The buying experience at Life's great was good. Tubs looked nice, Andrew and Lauren were friendly and accommodating. But when it comes to servicing the hottub, we received almost no help. When we had our first leak, I got an email explaining what I should do to fix it. I'm not familiar with plumbing or any workings related to spas. After that didn't work, they finally sent someone out. But since then, we've had multiple issues and getting someone to come out and even look at the spa is impossible. After an initial "we'll reach out to you" email, there silence afterward. Even with follow up emails. I don't know if they are overbooked or don't even have any kind of service dept. Its just frustrating having issues and come up and no one who cares to help.

Our experience with Andrew & Lauren was fantastic. We made an appointment to view the products, having done a little research ahead of time but not having a deep knowledge, they answered all of our questions and answered even some we didn’t know we had! A couple days later we signed a contract (thanks to a great sale) for a H2X Trainer 21 D. Andrew came out the very next day to do a site survey & flagging. They recommended an electrician and a cement guy (who were great!) and exactly a month later, we were swimming! Even after the delivery, we decided to change out the cover and they were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to make us the happy customers we are! Highly recommend Life’s Great Spas!

I purchased a Master Spas H2X Challenger 15D from Life's Great Spa's and couldn't be happier. The whole experience was outstanding. I really appreciated the no pressure sales, honest advice and fair pricing. Lauren and Matthew were super knowledgeable, friendly and reliable to their word throughout. The electrician they referred was also an honest human being and knowledgable about the set up. The delivery team was skilled and personable. It was great that Lauren and Matthew came out to personally walk me through how the spa works and have been available for support.Trisha BillardWoodstock NY

Excellent Response and Service. I have had my spa for 4 years. I emailed Lauren last night(Sunday) at about 7:30pm to let her know of an issue I was having and I was requesting service. We e-mailed back and forth a few times Monday and before 4:30 pm on Monday, Andrew was at my house and the repair was completed within an hour! I am one happy customer. Lauren and Andrew are awesome!

We've had our new spa from Life's Great Spas for a few weeks now and have been very impressed with the quality, ease of use and salt technology. This is a big improvement over our previous spa. Lauren at Life's Great has been excellent to deal with and very responsive. Compared to other spas we've looked at, this is an excellent product and a great value. From initial order to delivery and set up, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

Life's Great Spas in Malta are highly recommended. The hot tubs are constructed well for our Northeast(New York) climate and conditions. The owners, Lauren and Andrew, are professional, honest, personable, friendly, and reliable. They respond to your needs in a reasonable time period. We have purchased two hot tubs from them because of the outstanding product and more importantly, because Lauren and Andrew are supportive and responsive to any questions and/or needs. They provide wonderful service. The salt system hot tub is low maintenance and offers a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. We are now in our autumn years and the hot tub serves us well by helping to condition our aging bodies! Again, we highly recommend visiting Andrew and Lauren if you areinterested in purchasing a spa!

Researched several different businesses for a low profile hot tub spa near Burnt Hills, NY. Went to Life’s Great in Malta, NY. Made an appointment to see the showroom. The husband and wife team couldn’t have been more accommodating. Took time to answer questions to find the best option for us.The price was competitive and included many extras. Delivery and setup was prompt and easy. Owners came to our house to give us a tutorial on how to run and maintain the spa. Great service! Highly recommend them if your looking for hot tub or swim spa.

We purchased a hot tub from Life’s Great Spas Inc. and had a great experience from start to finish. Andrew and Lauren were wonderful to work with. When we scheduled a time to look at hot tubs, Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great guidance as first time buyers. Delivery went smoothly, and Andrew and Lauren even came by afterward to do a hot tub orientation so we fully understood how to use everything. They were with us every step of the way, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a Clarity 9 Master Spa and the experience has been amazing. The spa heats efficiently, holds temperature well, and the jets provide consistent performance. The layout is comfortable, cover is easy to maneuver, spacious and the controls are easy to use. Setup and routine maintenance have been straightforward.I also want to note how helpful Lauren has been throughout the process. She answered questions clearly, was easy to reach, and made the purchase and setup steps much smoother.

The whole process with Life Great Spa was great! We went to a hot tub expo event and ended up ordering the hot tub of our dreams. We did have to wait several weeks for it but it was 100% worth the wait. We love it. All of the jets can be adjusted in each of the seats, and the lights are so fun. We are a family of 5 and so glad we went with a little bigger one. Also Lauren the owner was patient with me answering all my questions and emails. Highly recommend!

My dream has always been to own a swim spa. We saw a master spa swim spa at a show a distance from our home and loved it. I went to all of the local dealers near me and none sold Master spa and I could not bring myself to purchase something that I did not feel was 100% correct for us. I found Lauren and Andrew online and spoke to Lauren about my concerns. She was wonderful and we set up a time and drove the two hours to their showroom with a notebook filled with questions. We walked in and Andrew answered every question I had written down before I had even opened the book! I was thrilled with the showroom and the many options they had. We were extremely comfortable with him, his low-key approach and his knowledge and we purchased a swim spa that same day. Delivery was professional, timely and amazing to watch. Lauren and Andrew made sure that we had everything we needed to get us up and running and keep our swim spa crystal clear. Andrew drove the 2 hours to our house to make sure we understood how to use the many wonderful features it has. I love my swim spa and use it almost daily. I would highly recommend purchasing from Lauren and Andrew. You will not be disappointed!Happy in Litchfield New York

My experience with Life’s Great Spas has been beyond poor. I reached out to them to help service a Master Spa after Master Spa themselves informed me that Life’s Great Spas would be able to assist. Lauren initially told me they could help. After a few weeks of attempting to communicate with Lauren, I was informed that they are too busy, only service spas that are bought directly from them, and do not have the capacity to assist.Lauren consistently displayed a lack of communication and the business’ organization does not provide the confidence needed to work with someone. They only seem to be concerned with their hot tub sales. If you are looking for transparency and communication in your spa purchase or service, Lauren and Life’s Great Spas is certainly not the place. They advertise being the authorized Master Spas Dealer for most of NY and VT, however, they do not seem interested in providing service for the spas. I recommend looking elsewhere for spa purchases and service.

These guys gave us the best customer service. We were looking to use as minimal chemical as possible. They knew just what to do and set us up perfectly. We are in love with our hot tub. We went with the Balance 7 master Spa. We have been looking into buying one for a long time just didn’t know where to start. We were in the right place at the right time. We heard about the spa expo so we decided to stop in just to look. The sales people were absolutely amazing we told them what we were thinking what our vision was, and they guided us in the right direction we bought our hot tub that day. Delivery date was set. Life’s Great Spas is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a hot tub. We had a 20+ year old Saratoga spa that Dina died last year. We met Lauren and Andrew at the Saratoga home show, they were amazing to work with. there was no pressure to buy. Once it was set up they came to the house and gave us a demo for everything we need to know. They made it so simple and easy to understand. We're in it as often as we can. We are loving it. We actually built a gazebo around it with curtains and screens to block the bugs and cold winter winds. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Our spa purchase experience was amazing from start to finish.Andrew and Lauren are professional, knowledgable and service oriented. For complete appreciation of the service you'll receive to the superior quality of the spa you will purchase, please shop around before visiting this show room. This business is not a high pressure sale type of shopping experience and it is not a large brick and mortar spa store.Appointments are required and for good reason. Once you enter the showroom you will see the high quality well designed spa's that are offered. While looking at each model Andrew is onsite to answer questions and explain the functions that each spa offers.Delivery was fast and efficient and the delivery team is a perfect fit to this business. No regrets!

Life's Great Spas is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a hot tub. Lauren and Andrew were amazing to work with. Responsive and helpful. We went to look at our options and walked us through them to match our needs and preferences. We purchased the Clarity Precision 8 and couldn't be happier. Andrew came to the house and gave us a demo for everything we need to know. He made it so simple and easy to understand. I can't say enough good things about Life's Great Spas! A few weeks ago, we purchased the Clarity 7 Spa. From the moment we placed our order, the experience has been top-notch. The delivery was fast, and the team that showed up to set it up was fantastic—so professional, friendly, and efficient.Lauren, the owner, has been amazing throughout the entire process. She’s always available to answer any questions, and her responses to my emails are always quick and thorough. I also really appreciated how they took the time to explain the importance of selecting the right type of spa for the northeast region, considering our harsh winters. It gave me confidence that I made the right choice with the Clarity 7.Setting up the spa was a breeze—I had everything I needed right out of the box and was able to have it up and running in no time. Now, I’m enjoying it most nights of the week, and it’s become a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day. What I love most is that I was able to support a local business, and I really feel like I have the ongoing support I need for years to come. If you’re looking for a quality spa with exceptional service, I highly recommend Life's Great Spas. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience with this company from purchase to final installation of my hot tub and swim spa. Once my property was ready for installation, scheduling and installation was done promptly and professionally, and owners Andrew and Lauren came to my house immediately after installation to demonstrate how everything worked. They are great people to work with. I was totally satisfied with the product and the service, and would highly recommend this company.

We couldn't be more pleased with our spa from Life's Great Spas. Lauren and Andrew's communication was excellent, and they provided fantastic recommendations for skilled and considerate contractors to handle the pad and electrical installation. Having them come to our home to answer all of our questions made us feel confident and comfortable with the spa. They reassured us that they would be available anytime we have questions or concerns, giving us the peace of mind that our family will enjoy this for years to come.

We've had our hot tub almost a year now, and we have zero regrets...best investment ever, we use it almost daily. This company has the best customer service- always just an email or phone call away to answer any questions. We were recommended by friends in the fire service and were delighted that they offered us a first responder discount at purchase. Top notch. Highly recommend!

We love our new hot tub!! After shopping around and not finding the right hot tub, the customer service, or even having our concerns or questions answered we almost decided maybe buying a hot tub wasn’t for us but after seeing a Facebook post we decided to take a drive to Life’s Great Spas and we are so glad we did!! From the minute we walked into Lauren and Andrew’s beautiful showroom we knew we were in the right place and told each other we should have went there first and we would have already been enjoying our hot tub!! Their exceptional customer service, their knowledge on all of their spas, and their professionalism was top notch and we knew right then we were buying our hot tub from them. We found the perfect model for us and they took the time to explain the benefits, features, and why the model we were selecting was the perfect model for what we wanted. They even helped with providing the name of the electrician who does a lot (if not most) of their customers electrical work needed and he did a fantastic job. The delivery crew was also amazing. We have a back sunroom/screen porch where we wanted it setup and they got it through the door and over a platform covering the stairs to the basement before going into the area it was going to be setup at with ease even though we were nervous about it going through the door and even over the platform. After delivery, they assured us that any questions we had, any concerns that came up, or anytime we needed to speak with them they always had their phones available. This after-sale commitment just shows how exceptional their customer service really is!! Andrew even came out after the hot tub was hook up, filled, and ready to use and walked us through an amazing demo on how to use all of the features, put in the chemicals for us and showed us how to keep the hot tub chemicals level and what to do when we need to balance the water, talked to us about proper care of the cover, the shell, and products to use to preserve the longevity of our new hot tub. We are over the moon with our new hot tub and all the nerves and uncertainty we had about being first time hot tub owners went away the minute we met Lauren and Andrew. If you are looking at purchasing a spa of any type don’t waste your time looking at other places and head right over to Life’s Great Spas and you will be enjoying your new spa soon. Thank you for such an amazing experience. You’re the best!!

I bought a house and unlucky me it came with a Life's Great hot tub. What a terrible filter design and the lights choose when they want to work. Considering this company is less than 10 years old I shouldn't have a single problem with this product.

Just purchased a swim spa from Life’s Great Spas. Lauren and Andrew helped us through the entire process and were very patient and honest with us answering any questions we had along the way. It gives us peace to know that they are just a phone call away to support us if we need anything. Highly recommended purchasing your hot tub or swim spa from these guys!

Let’s face it. It’s hard to find a place that delivers a great product and customer service. Life’s great spas delivers both. My interactions with Andrew was great he delivered what he said he would and in a timely manner. I have never owned a spa before and they have made it very easy to use and enjoy. If you are looking for spa, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

Our first experience shopping for and purchasing a spa landed us in front of Andrew and Lauren. They were receptive and responsive to our inquiries and guided us to a purchase that made sense for us and satisfied our need. Their delivery team is top notch and Andrew was able to recommend an electrician that was knowledgeable and familiar with the wiring installation. The service didn’t end there though, Andrew came to our house and got us started with a tutorial and a handshake sealed the promise of continued support in the future. We are needless to say, very satisfied and pleased with our purchase from start to present!

We recently purchased a Master Spa Twilight Series 7.2 Spa from Life's Great Spas and couldn't be happier with our purchase. We were taken care of by Lauren & Andrew who were fantastic to deal with & very knowledgeable about their products. We went back & got a Spa Cover Lifter that was easy to install & simple to operate (Kudos to Andrew for his spot on installation tips) We will continue to deal with them directly as opposed to ordering things online due to their grasp of the seemingly lost art of Customer Service!!!! 10 out of 5 recommended!!!!

Excellent experience. Very accommodating to meet with us at a time that worked for us, with very little notice. Super knowledgeable about all of the spas, with great explanations of past models and improvements made on current selection. Very friendly and helpful. We knew pretty much what we were looking for - they gave us multiple options and we had them loaded on the trailer within a half hour or so. Zero pressure at all. Highly recommend dealing with Life's Great Spas in Malta! They even bought us a beer at the brewery next door! :)
