Our previous hot tub was a Soft Tub, which plugged into a regular outlet, so upgrading to a real hot tub was much more involved. Lauren was amazing at answering our questions and any issues that came up (which had nothing to do with Life's Great Spas, but with our electrician). Getting a chlorine free spa was high on my priority list and they delivered. The three person hydrotherapy spa is amazing. If you are looking for a hot tub, this is the place to go!

Life's not so great. We recently bought a house that came with a spa from Life's Great and have been trying to get it up and running so that we can start enjoying the hot tub. We set up an appointment via email (because you can not speak to a human when you call their listed number), and they gave us a date for months later. The day comes, and we send an email to ask if someone can call us because we would like to know a timeframe as to when they will be arriving. Lauren emailed back saying we would need to be rescheduled due to bad weather the previous week causing them to run behind. Fine. I asked when could we be rescheduled, my husband also emailed to ask, and it's like pulling teeth with this company. Lauren basically replied that they will get to us when they get to us. It's been almost a month now and they still haven't given any concrete info as to when they can help us, despite multiple emails from us asking when they can come out. Completely unprofessional. We ended up calling another spa company that was able to send someone to provide a service cleaning, and even helped us figure out water testing and chemicals. I'd avoid Life's Great until they can get their customer service act together.

I shopped around to find a spa in fall 2020. Inventory was limited and some shops left me feeling like I better buy the wrong thing fast or have nothing at all. Lauren and Andrew were so competent and helpful. The experience shopping their inventory was completely different from other dealers in the region. They ARE their business, so they are involved at every step and are very knowledgable. They helped me find the right tub for me--what, for example, a "plug and play" tub actually is and why that was going to be a big disappointment. I learned as I shopped and ended up with a great spa that brought joy to every day of winter. Eight months later they still answer my questions right away -- even helped me clean my filter when I brought it in to ask how to do it. I like the way they do business and am thoroughly satisfied.

My husband and I had a terrific experience working with Lauren and Andrew. They were friendly and helpfully answered all our questions. Lauren and Andrew were upfront about timing of the hot tub and kept in touch with us during the wait. They took care of the set-up and got us up and running in no time (and even circled back to us when we had a minor set up issue with an air locked pump, and had us back on track quickly). The hot tub itself is great; we use it almost everyday. The lights are a nice feature since we tend to use the hot tub after work, and the Bluetooth speakers provide a nice ambience. Life's Great Spas is more then great they are truly excellent!!!!If you are looking for a hot tub/swim spa look no further, Lauren & Andrew are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. They made our dreams of getting a hot tub come true quickly and made the process easy.Being a hospital employee during Covid 19 has been very stressful for my family so we started looking for a tub in August to at least enjoy fall/winter. We initially were looking at another spa dealer in the capital district and actually had placed a deposit and ordered our tub. We were continuously were promised our tub would arrive on such and such date, which it did not. Every time we had to call that spa dealer and ask what happened and were given a run around (they didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know in actuality they had no set date for our tub to arrive). In the end after being promised a delivery date of end Oct/Nov the tub never showed and once again I called this spa dealer in the capital district (didn't have the courtesy to even call me) and was then told with no apology it wouldn't be until April!!!!!We immediately asked for a refund of our deposit and began to look elsewhere. My wife found Life's Great Spas online and we called Lauren who got us in for one on one consultation immediately at the store in Malta. Lauren and Andrew were fantastic with answering all of our questions and assured us we would get a tub within just a few weeks. We also wound up paying the same amount of money and getting a significantly higher quality tub with way features.Just a few weeks after that meeting, sure enough Lauren contacted me with a delivery date as promised and my tub was delivered in perfect condition and on time. Lauren & Andrew came to my house and delivered the tub themselves and took the time to review operations/maintenance in great detail. They really care about their business and their customers. I told Lauren everything happens for a reason and in the end I am so happy we did not go with the other place in the capital district. Lastly they had a recommendation for fantastic electrician John Bardin that works with them and he was able to handle all the electrical hookups at much more reasonable rate then any other quote we received.If you are looking for a fantastic tub, at the best price and the personal touch of people who really care about their customers and business go to Life's Great Spas. Last week my one pump stopped working after I sent a text to inquire about it, they came the very next day to fix it. After visiting several different spa companies in the area we ended up at the Life's Great showroom in Malta. From the moment we stepped in the buying experience was different.First, it wasn't a tent in a parking lot with salesmen and saleswomen brought in from outside the area to get you to buy today. In fact, there were no high pressure sales tactics at all. As first time buyers, Andrew took the time to educate us on the features and benefits of the different spa brands they sell as well as point out the differences in the quality of the competing brands by showing us the recent spas they replaced at customer's homes.We were pleased to find a Life's Great spa with the perfect combination of features we wanted and the ordering process was seamless. We chose the model, shell color, cabinet color, paid a deposit, and were provided an estimate of when it would be delivered.While waiting for the delivery, Lauren kept us updated on the order status and helped answer any questions asked, including questions about the wiring for the spa.On the day of delivery Lauren stayed in constant contact with us to be sure we knew when to expect their arrival. Lauren and Andrew arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately moving the spa to the exact spot we wanted and set up the cover lifter, connected the electrical components, filled it with water, etc. They additionally provided us with a box of the balancing and stabilizing mixtures, pointed out the spa components, and answered every question we had. Besides printed guides, Lauren forwarded along some quick tips and tricks which made the rest of the startup process a breeze.I had one follow-up question the next day and they responded right away. This is the best part about working with Andrew and Lauren at Life's Great - knowing that they are always quick to answer any questions, even after the purchase. I cannot say enough about what a great experience it has been!

Stop looking at spas elsewhere and Talk to Lauren at Life's Great . Lauren was so friendly and helped us with our Spa purchase without any pressure. We purchased at beginning of April during the start of the shutdown. they accommodated us on FaceTime , multiple times . Although our delivery was scheduled for June it arrived in July , they kept us up to date on the delays and we appreciated it. Lauren answers any questions we have on our spa no matter how silly(including the secret blue tooth stereo code). We are working from home and use our new spa daily. From doing the entire process (buying, stocking, selling, delivering, and set up) all by themselves during this time, I wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else. They even asked for us to send pictures of the electrical and could tell we would need some new electrical set up and recommended an electrician to help us with that. Oh shocker, he was awesome too! Thank you for all the help getting this done all by yourselves!

Early May 2020, we decided summer fun looked bleak with COVID running rampant. We decided we would get a hot tub to make up for it. Saw Life's Great Spas ad on Facebook and sent a message. I received swift, informative back and forth with the owner. She was well informed and professional. We quickly set up an appointment to view their showroom. When we got there, they were courteous and, again, informative. however, they were not pushy. They let us look around, asked if we had questions, what we were looking for, specs and gizmos we desired and pointed us to what fit the part. Gave us time to climb in and feel it out, to talk amongst ourselves about it. Answered passing questions with ease. We decided on the one we wanted, paperwork was short and simple. Financing was a breeze. Delivery was less than 2 weeks later. The owners themselves came out delivered, installed, set up and got running our new spa. All the while explaining each step. Our spa purchase included the spa, the lid, lid lift assist bar, steps, 2 booster seats (they were on back order), all the chemicals needed and their white glove delivery and installation and training.It was a wonderful experience for the purchase of a wonderful product!

My husband and I had our eye on a hot tub after attending a show last year. We knew we needed more money than we had saved. When we thought we had enough, we started our search. After visiting two other dealers, we instantly knew we would purchase a Life’s Great Spa. The spas come with everything you could hope for and need(lights, speakers, soft tissue jets etc) and Lauren and her husband were extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward and easy to work with. We originally had set up for ours to be delivered in one week and my husband is extremely impatient and we had it three days later. We met Lauren at a local fair in October while looking at their spas. She answered all of our questions and a week later we bought a spa from them. We are now 4 months in and couldn't be happier with our choice. Lauren and Andrew delivered the spa themselves and helped with the original set up. They have been readily available for any questions we've had since. Most of those questions were early on since the spa basically maintains itself, but we were fairly new at this especially the in.clear system. I would recommend buying from Life's Great Spas.
